ART! REAL ART! is a Very Serious Art Project where Real Actual Artists James Varney and Clodagh Chapman will make Real Art!
In the past, we have been accused of not making real art.
Specifically - to quote various anonymous respondents - “it was meaningless”, "it made me think of a GCSE level summer holiday task", “I didn’t really understand what was going on”, and “no”.
We want to make ART HEAVY WITH PONDEROUS MEANING.
We want to make ART THAT ENRICHENS THE MISERABLE LIVES OF ITS AUDIENCE.
We want to make REAL ART.
We want to make REAL ART!!!!!!!!!!
We want to make FAKE ART, also.
APPARENTLY KARAOKE ISN’T ART BUT OPERA IS SO HOW DO WE LEARN HOW TO DO OPERA BUT IDEALLY VERY QUICKLY.
(James has a Grade 2 in keyboard and Clodagh has a grade 3 in French horn and is currently on day 5 of learning the clarinet.)
